The hotel constists of furnished apartments.The (14) fourteen a cres in which the hotel has been constructed is a part of the programme "Nature 2000" area.It is in the area where wild goats and other rare animals and birds finds permanent shelter.
Plikati is an explicit area woridwide and it is known for its rare flora.You can see forests of oak trees,black fir tree,red firtee,pine tree,beech tree,and forests with wild frit-bearing trees such as wildcherries,wildberries,wild apples trees,and wild hazel trees,but there are more like safran,mushrooms,salep,oregano,mint,tea mountain and all kind of rare herbals.
You can also see the alpic zone which guides us to the "Grammos" peak whose altitude is 2.520m,with the dragonlakes and the fantastic waterfalls.
Our hotel area is in altitude of 1.350.It is 1.200m away from the preseuse of waterfalls,dragonlakes and three tributaries of Saradaporos river,compose the perfect picture.

Our area is the venue of climbers whose destination is to "conquer"the peak of Grammos mountain which is the third highest mountain in Greece. It is also a meeting place for off-road destinations with 4x4 cars as well as...................... of 22km.

It connects Plikati ,Aetomilitsa and the village of Grammosta. Grammosta is the place where the civil war took place and where people can see a monument dedicated to the war. The place where you can see the monument is called "Stavros". In the area there are both spectacular Fauna................... and Flora.......................... The hotel consists of six stone buildings of tradinional architect.
The distance between each building is about 10m.There is a reception hall which also includes a cafe and a restaurant serving traditional greek cuisin. The owners will take advantage of their 12 year expirience as restaurant owners of the "4 season" restaurant in Perama Ioannina. The food served is exclusively made of biological ingredients of the area. Each building consists of 2 apartments of 60m2 with a separate entrance and it can be used by 4 or 6 people. In each apartment you can find a fireplace, a fully equiped kitchen , a TVset and a bathroom with....................... and a shower. In our hotel area there is going to be an observation kiosk.People will be able to us to watch the wild population of goats living in the area with binoculars. We will also going to have a swimming pool. Mountain bikes and motor bikes will also be available .Our visitor will moreover have the chance to enjoy horse riding. A place for exhibitions like wedding reception , christenings and celebrations is currently under construction. The same place can also be used for theatrical and artistic performances. In the end of June visitors will have the oportunity to pick up herbal tea growing around the hotel premises. The completion of the hotel "agriolouloudo tou Grammou" HAS OPENED AT AUGUST OF 2010
